Convenient access to local attractions, spacious suites with kitchenette facilities, good distance from busy roadways

Housekeeping needs significant improvement!!! Arriving to a dusty room with moldy shower curtains is not ideal. The outdated and worn furnishings.

Staff was helpful, room was clean, and they offered free wi-fi.

The room was smaller than expected, and oddly shaped, room appeared to be almost an after thought so as to not waste space or miss out on a booking! When we went to shower the drain was very slow, and was ankle deep within 5 min.. I am curious when the staff is cleaning the rooms and wash the tub, why do they not address a slow drain before a guest arrives? When hotel staff was informed of the problem they sent a house keeper to address the issue, but we were packing to leave as we only stayed one night.

It was a very comfortable accommodation for our family.

The breakfast area was a disaster with overflowing garbage cans. We were left with a very uncomfortable mattress, made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It seemed like nobody cared about maintaining the hotel or the comfort of the guests.

Nothing othe than there's no way to turn left when exiting from the main exit/entrance!

The One-Bedroom Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds was impressively spacious, with a serene view of a quiet backyard filled with nature. Breakfast included a variety of options, and having fresh blueberries was a good surprise. The staff was good, but the breakfast during weekdays could use more hot items.

The rooms were clean and odor-free, the mattresses extremely comfortable, many pillows were provided. My kids loved the continental breakfast, especially the make-it-yourself waffle maker. They also loved the pool. There was a problem with our toilet - it wasn't fastened to the floor - and I was surprised that someone hadn't complained previously. However, when I told them, it was taken care of politely and in a timely fashion. They also took off some money for the time that it was not fixed.

Lemonade Station to the Rescue

The lemonade station was a good surprise ! It was refreshing after a long day out. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

The room, while spacious, had some issues with cleanliness. We noticed dust on the furniture and the air conditioning could have worked better for summer heat.

Room was very clean. The continental breakfast had fixings for omlettes and making waffles.

Front desk suggested a dinner oplace that was closed and in an unsafe neighborhood.

It was very conveniently located

I loved staying here because the super nice team with local recommendations and the king suite was spacious enough for me to relax after long walks to nearby landmarks like the United States Coast Guard Museum and the beautiful Nathan Hale Schoolhouse, making it an ideal spot for my weekend adventure.

The location was incredibly comfortable, just off beaches and food, all attractions in from mystic to old saybrook, and the ferry to Long Island next day. Furthermore, with constructionsite in the area.

The hotel of choice in New London. Fabulous and quiet property with a good pool. Location - good just next door to the casinos as well as the ferry to Long Island next day. The rooms with 2 tv's shown in the picture and extra space and fridge. Incredibly nice, excellent people working here.
